#37 The Reset
Cool + Calm
Welcome to the thirty-seventh edition of The Reset. This is a regular monthly offering from me along with A Peaceful Pause.
There’s now three years’ worth of classes in The Reset archive. If you’re currently a free subscriber, you can access all of these practices by upgrading your subscription.
Just a few previous practices include:
Restorative Yoga for Endometriosis
Restorative Support for Deep Rest
Restorative Yoga for Caregivers
You can find all editions of The Reset in one place here.
Practising yoga on the floor is cooler than standing up!
This month’s edition of The Reset is a gentle, inverted class for when you still want to do a bit of a practice, but it’s too hot, or you’re feeling low on energy.

Props:
A yoga belt or equivalent (e.g. a resistance band could work too)
A chair (I’m using my sofa here)
Optional:
A cushion to support your head
Also, if possible, have enough space behind you to reach your arms back.
(If you like, you can add this Cool Down Meditation to the end of this practice.)
Here’s your Cool + Calm class (18mins 42secs):
