This month’s edition of The Reset is a yin practice to open your heart and invite in feelings of vitality and trust.
You’ll be stimulating the Heart meridian lines which run through the centre of the upper body – the heart, chest and inside of the arm, and the Small Intestine meridian lines which run along the outside of the arm and across the chest. In TCM, the Heart and Small Intestine are the organs associated with Summer, but this is a practice that you can do at any time of the year.

A blanket or large towel
