Go Gently
Invite some space to go gently with yourself, ease muscular tension and let your body receive some support with this part yin, part restorative yoga practice.
This is floor-based, but you might choose to do this from your bed. If you like, this could even be part of your sleep preparation at the end of the day.
Props:
2 bed pillows or 1 yoga bolster
Optional cushion or blanket to sit on
