This month’s practice is Restorative Yoga for Burnout.
Using one prop set-up and featuring two poses, this restful practice is inspired by the burnout sequence from my book.
If you don’t want to do this on the floor, in the video I offer suggestions for doing this practice from your bed.
Suggested props:
2 pillows and 1-2 cushions (or a yoga bolster and 1-2 blocks)
Access to a sofa / chair or similar
A blanket
An eye cover
