This edition of The Reset is for you if you’re looking for a short practice to stretch and soothe your hands and wrists.
You may find this sequence particularly helpful when you’ve been doing repetitive actions with your hands. For instance, I use these movements when I’ve been typing a lot. They’ve also been helpful when I’ve experienced tension in my fingers and wrists from knitting.
One of my yoga clients who often sews has also found the movements in this practice useful.
No props required. All you need is 8 minutes and a comfortable place to sit.
