This month’s edition of The Reset is inspired by the Rest Session for Frazzled Parents and Caregivers from my book, Rest + Calm (which turned 3 years old this month!)
With just two poses and one prop set-up this short but sweet practice will offer some restoration when you’re feeling weary.
In this video I’m doing this practice from my yoga mat but this is one you can easily do from bed too.
Gather your props and give yourself 15 minutes to restore.
Suggested props:
2 pillows (or a yoga bolster)
1 cushion (or 1-2 yoga blocks)
1 blanket or equivalent
Optional extras:
An eye cover
A yoga belt or similar made into a loop
