This month’s practice is very much what it says on the tin. Maybe you’ve been hunched over the computer for long periods or doing a lot of driving or experiencing tightness in your shoulders for another reason. In any case, this practice is one you can turn to for a bit of relief at those times.
This practice is all seated, but you can also do this standing if you prefer.
