This lazy stretch session is much as it sounds!
This supported floor-based practice involves just one prop and is a lovely, calming way to spend an hour. It’s ideal for when you feel tired and don’t want to move much, but you do want a satisfying stretch.
Props you will need:
A belt (or alternative) made into an adjustable loop
