This month’s edition of The Reset is a Floor-Based Flow yoga practice.
The name is a bit deceptive as you can also easily do this practice from bed. The main thing is that it is all lying down and is made up of gentle flowing movements and stretches.
This is ideal as part of your evening wind-down routine in preparation for sleep or you can ease into your day with this practice before you get out of bed in the morning.
Suggested props:
Props aren’t needed for this practice, but I offer the option of using a belt for one of the poses if you prefer.
