The world needs a lot more Loving-Kindness.
Metta Bhavana (Loving-Kindness) is a practice stemming from the Buddhist tradition (but you don’t need to be Buddhist in order to do this practice). It’s been shown to boost feelings of social connection and positivity towards others as well as ourselves.
