In this month’s edition of The Reset I invite you to take some time to tend to your heart with a gentle floor-based practice (though you could also do this from bed too).
For this class we’re focussing on Anahata – the Heart Chakra. Anahata is the fourth energy centre in the seven chakra system.
Some of the qualities of a balanced Heart Chakra and ways this can manifest include:
Self-love and acceptance
Our ability to receive and give love
Our capacity for forgiveness and compassion
Our capacity for joy
Greater self-awareness
Our ability to cultivate meaningful relationships
Props – for this practice I’d suggest having the following to hand:
1 pillow (or 1 bolster)
A blanket
Optional extras:
An eye cover
