Last month I wrote here about Winter, the Kidneys and Urinary Bladder, and Water element, along with a few tips for supporting Kidney and Urinary Bladder Qi.

With that in mind, this month’s edition of The Reset is a yin yoga practice with a focus on the Kidney and Urinary Bladder meridians. 

Props – for this practice I’d suggest having the following to hand:

  • 2 pillows (or 1 bolster)

  • A blanket

  • A cushion 

  • A pair of socks (more on this below)

Optional extras:

  • An eye cover (I’ve used a folded scarf here)

About the Kidney and Urinary Bladder meridians:
