How are you really?
Whether you’re feeling the weight of the past year, overwhelmed with everything that’s happening right now, experiencing seasonal stresses, or if may have overindulged, this class is for you.
You can choose to do this practice from your yoga mat / the floor, or from your bed.
Restorative Rescue is, as the name suggests, a restorative yoga practice so you’ll require a few props. I’d suggest having the following to hand:
2 pillows (or a yoga bolster)
1-3 cushions (or 1-3 yoga blocks)
2 blankets (or a duvet / quilt to cover up with plus an extra pillow if practising from bed)
Optional extras:
An eye cover (e.g. an eye pillow, sleep mask or a soft scarf)
