Earlier this week I wrote here about feeling unsettled after the clocks went back in October and some of the things I’ve found helpful for getting back in sync. (Do check out the tips in case you find any of them helpful.)
With that in mind, this month’s class is one for when you find yourself feeling scattered or ungrounded.
Gather your props and settle in for this restoring practice.
Props - for this class you will need:
2 pillows and a cushion (or 1 bolster and 1-2 blocks)
2 blankets (or alternative such as throws / towels)
Optional extras:
An eye cover
