Earlier this week I wrote here about Late Summer, the Stomach and Spleen, and Earth element, as well as a few suggestions for supporting Stomach and Spleen Qi.
Following on from this, September’s edition of The Reset is a yin yoga class with a focus on the Stomach and Spleen meridians.
As mentioned in past posts here on Substack. I’ve been teaching yin for decade, though like restorative yoga and yoga nidra, it’s been in my life for longer. I really love sharing these practices, especially as they encourage us to slow down, be with what is and remind us that less is often more.
Props – for this practice you’ll be using:
A bolster or a couple of pillows / cushions
Optional extras:
A blanket and an eye cover
So, gather any props you would like to use and settle in for Nurture – Late Summer Yin Yoga (40mins).
