The Heart is the yin organ associated with summer and the emotion associated with this season is joy. I’ve shared more about this, the energetic qualities of the Heart and tips for supporting your Heart energy in this post.
With this in mind, and while we’re still in the most yang time of the year, this month’s edition of A Peaceful Pause is a meditation with a focus on the Heart. That said, you can practice this meditation at any time.
The intention of this meditation is to help you move out of your head into your heart and to cultivate joy. I invite you to return to this meditation whenever you wish.
